Insurance Information & Coverage

Before booking your appointment, please contact your insurance provider for details on coverage. Ask them regarding type of therapy, amount, and what designation of therapist is covered (example: Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or Canadian Certified Counsellor).

While we will do our best to bill your insurance directly, we cannot guarantee your particular policy will cover our services or the therapist designation and you are responsible for any fees incurred during your sessions. 

Even if direct billing is not possible with your insurance provider, you may still have coverage and in this circumstance we will provide receipts with the appropriate information so that you can submit yourself and be reimbursed.
